Not as slow as usually expected. They do their tasks as per the rules. No twisting of rules. Carry correct set of documents else be ready to be returned back. Take some buffer time. At times simple things take considerably longer duration.

Bank is good just like any other bank which operates normal the way it should. Staff is also good. You might feel the need of more windows during peak hours due to rush. But else wise its okay.

Customer care service is pathetic, they don't even pickup calls in working hours, in covid situation they expect account holders to visit branch for petty issues which can be sorted out on phone & emails, truly pathetic service for this branch.
