Excellent care for COVID 19 My mother was admitted to the hospital with O2 less than 75 , It was a difficult time for us , however the treatment and care that she received was exceptional Kudos to the staff and the doctors at Star City. The Pharmacy department is poor , since their sourcing of life saving medicine is bad ( Remdesivir is almost always unavailable) The same goes for front desk who lack any coordination with the Pharmacy Overall it's a good hospital for your patient

This is the most pathetic hospital i have ever seen. Right from admitting the patient to their death they play with the emotions of family.The reception, pharmacy(unqualified, aggressive,abusive owner), doubt on the qualifications and experience of the staff, they don't know what treatment is to be given.They lie about the status of health of the patient. Hospital and pharmacy is just money minded. They will give irresponsible responses even the doctors. They don't value the life of the patients, just faking around. the license should be cancelled for such type of irresponsible hospital.

Very bad hospital. Don't go in this hospital. They make your patience serious. Bad treatment. Gave wrong treatment. They will ask you about mediclaim and they will take your all money. Their is no doctors in the hospital. All nurses handel the hospital. Doctor vist only once. Sonography was done wrong. Please don't take to this hospital. You will be in trouble. 3 days was waste all wrong information was given. Was said gas problem but pain was not in control done each and every test no use. After discharge we done from outside sonography the report was different.

Extremely careless management, irresponsible staff. No value of the time, the patient is treated with contempt. Very bad experience. I'll suggest to all of you If you care for your patient, don't go to this hospital by mistake.
