Where do I start, this gym is what I think about when I think of the perfect gym. It started with the location and excellent . It quickly moved to the awesome energy and knowledge that you get from the trainer here, he eager to help and will to take time with you. Also he understand what you are striving for and he WILL get you there and further, while having fun. Wednesday: 6:30 am to 10 pm
Thursday: 6:30 am to 10 pm
