Very ancient temple. The aura around the Lord Parasurama statue is very peaceful. For men, you need to follow a dress code before visiting the temple. Mens need to wear dhoti.

The place has an unparalleled aura of divinity. There are some strict timings and dress code. Also the entry is available for only Hindus. No electronics are allowed inside temple premise not even smart watches. Mundus are given in rent. There are special passes available at different rates and they will make your que shorter.

The one and only Parashuraman temple in Kerala, who is the 6th avatar among the Dasavathara. It is very close to the highway between trivandrum and Kovalam. It has been protected by the Kerala government as the oldest temple monument structure. A very energetic and positive vibe can be felt when reached here.

Very horrible experience. We had to buy individual tickets of 500rs which common man can't afford. This is a very strange condition for trivandrum folks. Paying 500rs to meet our god. Government should take effective measures like extending the darshan times.

Great ambience. The "Bali" mandapam and the rituals followed are something special to see. The rituals there are performed on a daily basis by a very knowledgeable priest. Though he corrects you for silly mistakes he is the right man to mentor and make you do the rituals 100% right. The entire temple premises and surrounding areas can be kept a bit more clean by officials.
