Very bad experience. Don't book this hotel in advance. I book this hotel from OYO & paid for 3 days in advance. Earlier I told to manager that I booked the room & will reach at 2:30 AM, he reply, No problem sir, you can come any time. When I reach there at 2:30 AM. Manager told me shamelessly that he give my room to another person for more money & now he have no room.
In dark night I wander here and there for room with my family. Thanks to OYO. They understand my problem & refund my money.
