One of the best meals we had so far in Hyderabad at Spicy South #37. Finished dinner with Russian Cake which was a dessert to die for. Ultimate awesome and melt in mouth test. Great service too. We were served by Sagar Dharavat. Thanks for the great service

We have ordered all individual dishes instead of thali. 1) Mutton vepudu 2) Kodi Vepudu 3) Royalla Iguru 4) Fish fry 5) Mutton Curry 6) Natukodi Curry 7) Fish Pulusu 8) White Rice. Taste was really Awesome and Budget Friendly. We were a group of 3 and ordered almost all non-veg dishes from the menu. On an average it costed 400-600(approx) per head.

Renowned for its rich and spicy cuisine, the southeastern Indian state of Andhra Pradesh offers diners an array of not only native flavors, but international tastes too. Although Telangana and Andhra Pradesh may share borders and their regional language, both have different cultures, traditions, and cuisines, and although the items on the menu sound similar, their preparation and style are unlike the other. Andhra’s cuisine is rustic and carries its heritage through the simplicity of its food. 37 Spicy South, a name that has been gaining quite some buzz in the food space of Hyderabad since its inception, serves some authentic Andhra, flavourful & cheap to the pocket, focused on Godavari & Kakinada Regions. Ain't that sound interesting? Their USP being Veppudus/Meal are under Rs 150, wherein curries can be added based on your requirement & Rice is served on pro-rata basis. From the appetizer section, Kodi Koora Vindu, Chepa Pulusu Vindu, is to be ordered owing to the rustic flavor profile of masala, soaked into the meat. Mutton Vepudu had tender meat cooked in Indian spices, an explosion of flavors right from the first bite. For the Fish lovers, Chepa Fry, coated in spicy masala & deep fried, a recommended one from the menu will leave you craving for more. Onto the meals, the Diners have the choice of opting from Rice/Phulka/Roti along with the curries customized. We got Kodi Koora, Chepa Pulusu, Mutton Curry & Royala Koora paired with Rice and Phulka. Chepa Pulusu had a rich tangy flavor with the perfect spice balance, even Mutton curry was perfectly cooked with no complaints. From the Potlam Biryanis, we got Mutton & Chicken variants, flavored rice with well-cooked chicken coated in a spicy masala, which made these an instant hit; even Mutton Biryani left no stone unturned, rustic flavors being on-point. Overall, the quality of such beautiful Andhra dishes being offered at such a cheap price point, 37 Spicy South should be on your list, if you are in the lookout for Regional cuisine touch.
