Sphinx hookah lounge would be a perfect place to hangout with your gang. This is a multi cuisine lounge. The Atmosphere over here is very serene and relaxing. And the perfect blend of tempered lights with classy couches and tables provides the best aura, that one would need. Sphinx literally relates to Greek mythology in which it means, having a women's Head and a lion's body. Hence, the walls of this lounge is very carefully decorated with the posters of "THE GREAT SPHINX" at Ciaro. Coming to the food section, We have tried their- Sholay kebab- chicken tikka wrapped with a foam based topping most probably it was wrapped with meringue. Which was baked and was served with green chutney. Keema do pyaza pizza- i just loved this pizza. Generous amount of sauteed chicken was placed as a topping of the pizza. The chicken had a nice flavour of all the Indian spices. Grilled fish with lemon butter sauce- A main course served with herb rice, sauteed veggies and crispy fried fish topped with some butter sauce and garnished with some chopped parsley. The fish used was perfectly fried and was fresh. Satay chicken- similiar like chicken sashlik which is then coated with slurry, deepfried and then tossed is a pan with some asian infused suaces. And topped with some sesame. Pals who love Chinese, this dish is a must try. Baked momos- again, this is a must try dish. Served in mud jar. As the name suggests the momos are baked with a generous amount of cheese. Each portion hsa 6 no. Of momos in it. Chicken cheese balls- boneless chicken which is marinated with some herbs and cheese and then crumb coated and deep fried until crisp. The chicken was a bitt overcooked. Chicken kassa/butter chicken- chicken tandoori tossed in a onion tomato gravy or the Otm grvay as said generally. Accompanied with butter naan. If you're near airport area, do visit them you will love it.

The presentation was fabulous too. The Indian cusines are highly recommended here. Butter naan, Murgh banjara, mahi firozi, basanti pulao, Tangdi and Mahi amritsari were the stars of the show. Apart from these , their kothey momo and colorful steam momos are must try here. Special mention to their amazing starters and refreshing drinks too.

Yes that's an one line definition of Sphinx Hookah Lounge. With Egyptian theme, both type seating for chilling with hookah and for romantic dates- the place will be anyone's perfect destination. Now coming to food, they are serving North Indian to Chinese to some great shakes and drinks. From their menu, had tried- Basanti pulao, Murgh kassa, Butter nan, Satay chicken, Chicken 65, Murgh banjara Tangdi, Mahi amritsari, Mahi firozi, Dal makhani, Momos, Kothey Momo, Chilli Sausage, Cucumber sparkler, Chilli mocker, Brownie shake, Berry & bubble gum shake, Lemon ice tea. For the food lovers, North Indian dishes here are something you should never miss if you are visiting Sphinx. Another thing to mention is their portion size, one portion of a dish is easily shareable between two people since quantity is enough. If you are searching for quick munchies for your evening chill out sessions, then grab a plate of chicken 65 or chilli sausage- you won't be disappointed. The shakes here are beauty while the mocktails are absolutely soothing(but don't expect the Chilli Mocker be a soothing drink since it has chilli in good amount?). So even the place is named as hookah lounge, but you can take it as your date place or perfect dine-in restaurant or place to just chill.
