Good for nothing counter at cmbt. Credit card n debit card users pls don't go to this counter. It takes 20min for transaction and it fails. That lady operator says that bsnl net doesn't work. Railways has to take some responsibility for cheap issues like these.

Had my worst experience here. Lost my refund because of one lady and her poor efficiency in working, sheer negligence, no concern for the people waiting, lack of job motivation. Worst service ever. Never go to this place for any cancellations nor reservation. The lady in the counter doesn't know to book tickets. She will spend all the time verifying the numbers entered by her in the system are proper or not.
