Hospital is maintained properly. Few services are good. But, when it comes to pregnancy, few tests are not taken in the hospital. Rather, they would ask us to take it outside. Also, for a few test referral letter would be given. For a few test, there won't be any referral, nor the scan copies will be given. They will maintain the history in their system, but won't give any of the records in the printed format to us. Faced an issue for taking a test outside. They demanded us the scan copy and history details in the printed format. When I approached them it was told that we won't give scan reports and all as per the rules and also if you want, you have to take it outside and started shouting in front of others which was not at all acceptable as we are the patients who r expecting a good service from them. Everyone could not afford everything. In such a situation, hospital like this has to help us in the best way. But, that's not happening. Also, one of my frnds sent me the scan copy which was given in the printed format few months back in the same hospital. Not sure whether those rules wer in place by that time. Not treated properly. Instead of printed reports, we will be asked to maintain a notebook in which all the report details will be written by doctor by himself/herself. That's not being accepted by most of the private hospitals when we go for any particular tests which is not taken by the railway hospital.
