We had gone to their Exotic Kashmir trip and the places we have visited were very beautiful.. The co-ordinator Miss Akanksha who had been coordinated throughout was very nice and our bookings n everything became smooth bcz of her..But the travels could do a better job by not wasting its customers' time on a whole day journey and all.. and they should not give much time for leisure and not conducting anything so that we could cover more and more places or spend more time in every destination

We booked a 6 night trip to Kashmir with SOTC, St. Marks Rd, Bangalore. We were a group of 4 women and booked the premium package. The hotels were all 4-star standard and comfortable. We did run into a few issues along the way. The local contacts in Kashmir were not able to solve our issues, so we ended up calling Shashank, our booking agent in Bangalore. He was very prompt in solving everyone of our issues and made sure that our trip progressed very smoothly. We had a fantastic time. I would recommend Shashank from SOTC Bangalore to anyone who was looking to book a trip.
