One of the best resort you could find in a picturesque location specially when its snow season. Very courteous and helpful staff. Food is top notch be it breakfast, dinner or snacks. Spacious rooms. We were 3 families and booked a Villa (Villa-01). Good room space, op n area and the best thing - the view from balcony is breathtaking. I am definitely going to visit again

The stay at Snow King Retreat was mesmerizing for 2 simple reasons. 1st Exotic location you can see entire fagu and huge mountain range in this beautifully made property no need to go anywhere be at Snow King Retreat whole day. 2nd reason is superb staff one of the best. I would like to give special mention to the following folks at the hotel for their flawless hospitality. Ranjit Bhardwaj room helper thank you for changing the rooms for us and being patient on checking out so many heaters like so many. Ramlal Sharma for being best waiter like ever with essence to listen Mahindra at front office sir you are seriously a Rockstar great at explaining things and helping out my son with medicines that too at fagu. Sunil Sharma GM one of the only few GMs I have met with not show off attitude and thanks for opening rotating restaurant just for us. I will come again my soul is not satisfied.

Good location on shimla kufri main road, but a 2km off road which is manageable by car or SUV. Has sufficient parking space for private cars or taxis. Rooms are OK with very quick room service by the staff. Only problem is it lacks proper housekeeping. Rooms are not big or luxurious but somewhat old but cosy rooms. Rooms have small garden or balcony with very beautiful view of the valleys and mountains. One can go on a small trek to a temple some 400 steps just next to the hotel. Or one can just go for a walk near fagu potato farm. Very quiet and relaxing. Food is also very good. Breakfast has good spread of items and cook seems to be very good. All things we ate were delicious and made very well
