Amazing workouts and exercises by Kamal ma'am. Classes are very interesting with regular mixtures of different exercises. She motivates you and makes you do interesting exercises. You are not going to get bored and will lose fat and remain fit. Overall good experience. Speciality about the gym is exercises by Kamal ma'am.
