Villa is very nice and clean and location is also very good... only problem is due to rainy season lobby and outside area get wet n slippery all time... n there is no carpet in that area which is very dangerous... hence suggest to immediately put a carpet in that area. And also suggest customer to take precaution in that area as my 3 friends got injured because of it.

My family and I went to Sky Water Villa- TAJ, a 5bhk villa, for 25th anniversary celebration. We arrived at 1 p.m., and the air conditioners in the rooms were not working including in the small room referred to as the 5th room, which is the size of the washroom. It wasn't until we refused to pay money and magically all the ACs started operating at 8 p.m.....Pathetic services, irresponsible workers, and the manager Atish was the worst, he gave us false hopes and kept us waiting until 8 p.m. in the middle of summer afternoon without an air conditioner.
Next day they were again not working before we woke up and even the water utilities had been turned off for early check-out which was 10.30 a.m. and obviously to save on the cost of ordering a water tank. Later, they used pool water which was connected with some pipe and we were forced to use that assuming they started water utilities.
Please do not promote your villa because no matter how many influencers or celebrities you pay to promote it, in the end the customers will be disappointed.

Awesome place with a luxurious 5 bhk rooms. It also has. Jacuzzi and the villa is clean and well maintained. The pool is on the backside with a infinity valley view. The tiles on poolside is a bit slippery needs and good flooring there. The other side has an small green lawn. Best place to celebrate batchelors and reunion parties.

Visited this place over the weekend and my entire group of 12 got robbed. All the cash and watches were lost. Even the liquor bottles were gone including water bottles. My friends shoes and airpods also stolen.
I'm sure this wouldn't be possible without an insider hand or information.
Very very bad. Never visiting and would recommend to blacklist this place.
Owner and manager weren't helpful either. They ordered a free stay instead of a discount - - please tell me who would want to come back again? Perhaps to get robbed.
Ridiculous. Very disappointed.
