Some really good doctors and nurses, but such a poor management. Facilities are still old age. Rooms don’t even have health shower and hot water and you can imagine the difficulty in handling patients on such cases. Also the final day head to heel calculation method of SN trust hospitals is such a frustration for everyone at the time of patient discharging.

I'm going to tell you about one of my own experiences. With this review, don't reach a conclusion. The first thing that struck me was that, although having more space, SIMS is underutilised. It could be due to a lack of leadership or administration. Canteen facilities are dreadful. For food, I approached Anandabhavan. The amenities of this hospital are not being upgraded. I was not eligible for a cashless insurance plan. I have a bill to pay. I received cash-less care in the majority of the hospitals in Kollam. The hospital's processes are disorganised throughout.
They will simply state that the test results do not provide proof for the RTPCR test yet. My three-year-old child is undergoing a minor surgery and will be discharged the next day; they have charged me ₹ 16,000. I'm not sure what they did with this 16 ppp. Funny thing is, when I requested for a round bandage for my child, they told me they didn't have any. Cotton and paper tape are used instead. There are a few good certified doctors there, however the facility degrades their service. Even though I am a member of the SNDP, I will not recommend this hospital to anyone.
