The gym is top quality. It has all the equipment and amenities for beginners and experienced people. The trainers and staff are very supportive and polite. They help you all the time and are very supportive in your journey. I have worked with PRAFULL Dada for over 2 months now. He is motivating and very knowledgeable in his training and I could see instant results. I would recommend his services.

The gym is good and has all the necessary equipment for bodybuilding and cardio exercises. The rates are also quite competitive as compared to the other gyms in the same locality. It is surprisingly less crowded (as per my experience) which means less waiting for using same equipments as other members. Parking is aslo available in front of the gym. The trainers are there to guide you... but I can't comment more as I haven't hired personal trainer. Overall a good gym I would say.

Professional standard of coaching and fitness guidance provided to everyone.The knowledge of every set is provided by the by coaches there. On top of that fees are very affordable and the equipments are branded.
