Ancient temple of ranganatha swamy in Srirangam has very spacious prangana. Has to cross 7 gopuram to have darshana, first gopuram is easily half kilo meter away from ranganatha swamy idol. We went for 3 ranga darshana, it was 4 PM when we reached Srirangam. It was 5.38 when we finished darshana of special queue of rs. 250. Queue can be managed better and avoid VIP, VVIP influences for better management.

The place is good, and the best part is the river which is filled now and the view is awesome. But make sure that you don't go swimming as the currents are too high. The temple is preserved well so you will like it.

One of the historical places situated in Srirangapatana Mandya district, close to Mysore. It's an architectural marvel filled with rich heritage. A must visit place if are exploring places nearby Mysore. The entire temple is built inside an old fort. The place has free parking. The temple is very well maintained. The temple is simply peaceful. Tour guides are available and there are shops right outside the temple if you are interested in shopping.

Really nice temple with a good positive vibe. The entirety of the inside is made from carved stone. Cool ambience inside. Nice place to visit. Also try the fruit salad vendors outside, they provide some really good fruit servings.
