They really need to work on the food for the price they are taking. The ambience alone can't cut it. The only reason one would shell out that money would be for the upscale restaurant and the brand name.

Stay there last month for a conference. One of the best . From Starting pick up form airport to hotel and back off to airport overall experience was awesome. staffs are very well trained.

This was my second visit to Shiva hotel and I must see felt pampered. I am surely spoilt by choices from the staff now. Starting from the time at the reception I was greeted with welcome drinks and while my suite was getting ready I was also offered some tea so I can sit and work.
