One of the pathetic services I have received so far in Kolkata when it comes to a food related service. I did order through Swiggy from here and it was a wrong decision I took. They mishandled the entire order, handed over a complete different order to the Swiggy guy, and the same has been delivered to us with a huge spillage. Attaching the images for everyone’s reference. I was a fan of their Biriyani but when it comes to service they score 0. And to my logic if I am paying the amount I would order from somewhere who can maintain the quality as well as service.

We ordered biriyani, mixed fried rice, chicken chap and raita. Firni as desert. I didn't like the biriyani very much but I love the mixed fried rice of Shimla. The chap was also good. Chicken in biriyani and chap both were juicy and yummy.
