A very comfy homestay with an ideal location just few meters away from the Mall Road. The rooms are quite spacious and perfectly neat and clean. The best part is that all the popular eateries are just a few steps away from this property. The owner and the staff are very nice and helpful. It is indeed one of the best places that is available under a great budget. Had an amazing experience !!!

The rooms were very well maintained, making you feel homely and safe. The environment at the stay was comfortable.
The staff was friendly, helpful and very cooperative.
We were a family of four and all the family members likes the stay.
The location is right at the heart of Shimla, at Lower bazaar, accessible to all kinds of eateries.
Right below the Mall road.
The owners Mr. Sood was very helpful.
The tariff was nominal and not over charging for the kind of location they are at.

About hotel, great location for Mall road lovers as it's the best place to stay in Shimla.
About rooms, comfortable stay. We got terrace rooms. Rooms were neat and clean. Spacious enough. Terrace view is ok as it has water tanks and monkey presence is regular so be cautious if you want to go outside. But still the terrace rooms are better as compared to others.
Kamal as the caretaker took good care of us. He is always available for any needs and advise.
Overall good stay and can be booked again.

Lokeshji is a gem of the person. Newly renovated place and hosts are really good. They will take care of you like a family member. Highly recommended. Location is a very big plus point.

My go to place in Shimla, third time staying here. Best homestay in Shimla, with rooms like big hotels. The location is perfect and is centrally located. The staff was warm, welcoming and very hospitable. The corner rooms are perfect for long or short stays with huge windows overlooking the vast valley. The place is built with a lot of warmth and even though it's just a homestay, it feels like staying in a hotel but with the comfort of your home at the same time. The staff can guide you to the local sights and will be available at all times. Will definitely visit again soon and experience the snowfall from this place.
