What an outstanding Man! Today, I had one of the best waiters I've ever had! Thank you very much, Sheraton! This man is the equivalent of 100 waiters in the dining room. Serving everything from food to liquor From the time the order is taken until it is placed on the table! He provided us with the best experience today.

I've been to Feast a numerous times and I keep visiting again and again, the quality of food and service is top notch. Thanks for Mukarram, for making our dining experience awesome. Will be visiting again soon. Speaking of my stay here, it was a pleasant experience and the staff were always available to help. One suggestion for the hotel/restaurant management is to have more of the telugu speaking staff, so that it would be helpful for the local guests. I observed in the past and current stay that there is a difficulty communicating with the staff due to the staff being majorly non-local.

Stayed here for one night and had a great stay. The staff were all warm and welcoming and very helpful. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Food was amazing and in-room dining services were fast and of great quality. I love the view from my room look like heaven everything is totally perfect

After 2 years had my lunch buffet in feast yesterday and I could see huge difference in the spread. It’s much much better than Pre covid. Food items were good and premium. Usually in buffets one feel something are just kept as fillers but here they all were amazing. Welcome drink took a lot of time to get delivered , in fact came even after dessert. With this change, I would like to visit more to Feast

Was an excellent experience. Had a marriage there and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The hotel was extremely clean and hygienic. I have attended weddings in many 5 stars around Hyderabad but this has been the best experience I have had. Keep up the good work!!!
