Hotel exceeded all expectations. Impeccable hospitality and a warm welcome from the staff made me feel at home. The spacious, tastefully decorated room was a haven of comfort. The rooftop pool and breathtaking city views were a highlight. Dining was a treat, with delicious dishes and attentive service. Perfectly located for exploring the city, this hotel is an exceptional choice. Highly recommended.

It was a very nice experience, with hotel staff and other facilities. Even the infrastructure is well maintained and clean. I just felt annoyed by the traffic there on the way back.

I had taken lunch (veg).
I loved the variety of starters and deserts.
The regular lunch was a usual stuff. Rotis and nans were soft. Over all good 5star hotel.
The dining area is little conjusted but otherwise an excellent experience.

Great experience, the hassle of accessing multiple floors when you have a booking of 20 rooms with relatives, is to be looked into though, by default rather than asking at the reception for access every time. Another improvement point could be with the keys regularly losing access to the rooms, was told it was because of the placement of the key with the cellphone, but it wasn't the case with me or most relatives. That being said, these were the only 2 minor improvement suggestions I came across, else the whole experience was delightful.

The location and area of this Hotel is not bad. It's located on Pune Railway station road so the area might face traffic during peak hours.

I had an opportunity to visit the Auditorium here.
The space and arrangement was well managed.
The sound system was good.
The food here was amazing to taste.
Buffet was well set and managed. The staff is very approachable.
