A good place to workout if you are looking to achieve your fitness goals. Lovely atmosphere. Filled with motivated individuals who are looking to change for the better. Trainers are helpful and interact actively. Great affordable gym with all modern equipment's good communication good quality Would strongly recommend.?Spacious and well maintained gym. Best equipment's. Trainers are helpful and assist you with the weekly routine to get you going. Regardless if you are in PT with them or not, they correct you if u are exercising or lifting weights the wrong way.

Absolutely spacious gym and trainers especially Manish Yadav is one gem of a person and very grounded personality. One who really looking out for a health as a lifestyle or passion and lives in Ulhasnagar city or near by premises must pay a visit to see the level they set up for a gym in this town.

Since 6 months working out here .. the gym is excellent everything is good and there are all kind of equipment’s. All the trainers are super nice to talk with you and take interest in you no matter what fitness level you are at. All the things are very well organised and special part of this gym which I liked the most is they have separate CrossFit and cardio section and the trainers they will train you to be the best version of yourself.
