Came to the doctor for neck pain and tension, very much happy with the detailed diagnosis and treatment. The physiotherapy sessions were helpful is relieving pain and stress. Would recommend for sure.

I happened to visit Shape and Strength with acute sciatica and lower back pain. I met Dr Yogitaa Mandhyaan, she heard my problems very patiently and explained the line of treatment in detail. She was very friendly and helpful and i got better with her line of treatment. Even her staff Surojit, And gym instructor Ashish and Tanmay are very polite and extremely helpful. They also provide gym services which my daughter and husband are availing and are super happy with the services.
I highly recommend everyone to visit Dr Yogitaa Mandhyaan's clinic.
