Definitely a five-star hotel. I felt relaxed and at home throughout my stay. The facilities were flawless, and the service was excellent. The staff were professional and evidently motivated. Special mention to the porter, Mr. Wilson, who was very attentive and maintained a friendly demeanor, which I greatly appreciated. A superb experience overall.

Excellent service. The food was the best i have had in a long time. Their buffet was fantastic on the weekday and weekend. Service is top notch and so is cleanliness and room upkeep. They are willing to accomodate any request you may have. I have to mention that the “Bangalore View room” had some breath taking views which i shal add in the pictures section. Overall a great experience and highly recommended. Keep up the good work!!

My experience with the hotel Shangri La was quite impressive.I was just amazed with the hospitality and immensive vibes. Talking about my room,it was spacious, clean, and elegantly furnished with high-quality linens and modern amenities. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the bathroom was large and luxurious, with a deep soaking tub and rain shower that left me feeling pampered and relaxed. The food they offered was delicious as i still crave for it. Overall the service was good. They ticked all my marks for a perfect hotel one should need to stay and have some quality food.
