It was very nice experience. In low price you will get facility like 5 star hotel. Neat and clean room and bathroom as well. Staff were very friendly. Overall best place to stay in Pathankot.

It's a new and good hotel near Pathankot, Punjab Bus stand. Parking is available in closed street in front of hotel. Rooms, food and service all are good. Rooftop restaurant with good ambiance. Stayed for one night. Overall it's a new and a good property. Tariff is on little higher side but it can be managed as per the location and compared to other property

We had booked 3 rooms with an additional bed. When we reached there at midnight, there was no space for an additional bed in the room., and the staff provided a foam sheet instead of proper mattress. On arguing with the staff and the owner, we were told that they don't have any solution to it. The staff was very rude as if they don't care at all. At last, they provided us a separate room but on the cost of mental stress that they already gave.

Hotel is quiet good and rooms are also good staff was not co-operative Mr anurag stands on reception. i visit to the hotel in night around 2300hrs i had a words with him about the booking he told me that that the tarrif will be 2500+taxes on double occupancy but the same room show on goibibo with 1400 all inclusive with promo code after that he agrees that u can book an online room i’ll give before that i requested him to show me the room i visited on the floor for show round of the rooms meanwhile in that time he closes the inventory of room from online and after that he argue with me that its a server error as i am also a hotelier and i know that was not an system error. So i don't prefer the hotel to go there. After that he don’t allow my friends in the room to have a dinner with me and asked me to sit in the lobby and have a dinner how someone can have a dinner in lobby at the time of 0000hrs so pathetic service. after that he told me that we don’t allow the visitors in night ok i agree with him. but in the morning when my friends came in the morning at that time also he don’t allow my friend in the room i don’t know why…
