This place is pure fun !! The place is most suitable for friends and couples !! The staff is like family !! Especially Jehangir who was the most hospitable guy I have ever seen !! He took care of us throughout the Stay!! Fun place to chill and peace out !! Located nearby to all the tourist spots in varkala , like 5 minutes from the hotel. Owners also friendly and they treat the customers like family !! Awesome hotel and awesome place to chill out !!

Highly recommended. The location is great, the cliff and black sand beach is at a walkable distance. The rooms were clean and homely. We were 2 girls staying there, initially I was a little unsure if booking a homestay was the right choice in terms of safety. But as soon as i got there and met Umer, I knew this was the right decision. I am so glad I stayed at this place. I honestly didn't want to leave at the end of the 3 day trip. Umer was such a good host, he was there making sure we had whatever we need at any time, very friendly and makes sure you feel at home. It was great to even just hangout at the cottage. It really is a home away from home. Had great conversations with Sohail, thanks for the company by the way. And thank you Umer for having us. I can't wait to be back here. For anyone wondering if you should book your rooms here, don't think twice, just do it.

Nice place to stay for family and friends. It is very close to the beach and cliff. The Cliff is walking distance from the hotel - like 700 metres. The beach is also a bit closer just walking distance but you can take a stroll through the cliff to the beach, it's a nice walk. And room are quite good ?
