It's a decent gym with more than enough epiquments, set in Paika at the 2nd floor above SBI. One could visit and exercise as they please in the given working time. The instructor and seniors are of great help and are friendly enough. One doesn't have to feel intimidated and is not crowded at all and rate is very much reasonable compared to others in the locality nearest one being Pala.
