Sandur is unexplored paradise. Public is little known about the beauty of Sandur. Even after decades of illegal and rampant mining and still sandur beauty stands at high. There is still legal mining activities is going on in and around sandur. This see Sandur in September view point is a part of Swamimalai forest block. The title was awarded by mahatma gandhi when once visited sandur during pre independence days. As the title itself says and call visitors "See Sandur Atleast Once In September ❤️"
