It's a traditional martial arts centre so there is no modern type of flooring or expensive workout machines but there is something above all ,Good teachers with more than 45 years of experience in martial arts. So this place is better than any other. #Recomended.

Happy that i started my karate basics here.... well disciplined and standard of the class is unpredictable .the first thing I learned here is value of the time. If got 1 min late to the session means we have to face the punishment,Don't get panic when I say punishment.we may get pushup or someother strengthening exercises but if we get late for more than 5min better skip the class..? you know what I ment rit.. just imagine the military training,I can feel that there in SAMA . But above all there we have Well experienced teachers. If u love Martial art ? this is the best place.

If you are looking forward for a traditional shotokan karate class this is the best place. we can learn other martial arts like kubudo ,Taichi, Thulunadan marma vidhya (a type of kalari payattu) from here.High quality class with Experienced teachers .

I have been training in sama since 2019. In this short span of time i have had magnificent improvement.we have a well trained and experienced masters here. If you are passionate about martial arts then sama is a great place.
