It's a small hotel but exceeded my expectations, the service was great and the staff at the reception was extremely helpful and friendly. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. There are also nice restaurants, cafes and bars next to the hotel.

Exceptional service, special mention to Saroj who is jolly and ensures you have a comfortable stay. Food is good, I especially liked the south Indian cuisine. Rooms are spacious, well-maintained and cozy.
Hotel is in prime market location, cafes at walking distance, and good parks nearby for morn/evening exercise.
Only con is parking facility & driver restrooms are not available.

Had an excellent stay here at Sapphire boutique hotel. Everyone here is very kind and take good care of guests. Restaurant Apetite serves an amazing breakfast spread and food is delicious. Room service is prompt and very tidy. Highly recommend!

I had a nice stay. Location is good. Easy to locate. One of the best options to stay in Navi mumbai. Staff is friendly and ready to help. I had issue in my washroom. But it was sorted soon i informed the management.

Excellent service
Good for families as well. Will recommend to choose bigger rooms in case of families.
Location is nice.
Quite a number of general , branded shops and restaurant’s around .
You can reach Nerul, vashi and Belapur in short time with taxi or other mode of transport .
Rooms are new and interiors are really good.
Cleaning is done everyday.
Breakfast spread is good and staff at restaurant do very well to take care of customers .
Managers - Mr. Suresh and Mr. Francis really work hard to care of the customers .
Very flexible approach and accommodative.
Will definitely choose them again when in town .
You can TRUST them.
