Very good and budget friendly homestay located near to major necessities and good and clean beds and polite and regular cleaning by the caretaker... Although he speaks only Malayalam but can understand Hindi and a little bit of English. Overall a good experience as I had to check in at 5 AM and manager was more than ready to co-operate.
