My wife recently visited this medical centre for her GCC medicals for family visa . Upon arrival she was notified that she cannot do her medicals as she is from mumbai there is no where mentioned in gamca rules that you cannot do your medicals in another state as long as you are fit and an indian but this rougues have created their own Gamca rules .
However being a goan who resides in mumbai was denied medical in this particular centre
The employees think they are the sheikhs of Goa especially the lady at th reception who must not even educated that is the reason does not know how to talk to people especially to the poor people who are trying to make a living .they upfrontly told me do whatever you want and she will not call .
The doctor is never available for last two days the receptions say that they are trying to contact with the doctor and when i made a scene suddenly the doctor (director )answers the phone and tell her that if she unfit stamp it as we all know that this is a scam .
The goan man who then comes to me and tell that the director has agreed but if your unfit we will inform the concern authorities which by now you all know where this is heading .
Without giving a second thought i just left from there knowing incase i am FIT they will mark me unfit .
However please do not go to this centre aand even if you go please catch an agent or reapply at any other gamca centre
I will however escalate this matter with all other concerned authorities

One of the most disappointing office . Staff don't now how to deal with clients. Really disappointing. Gcc should ban their liscence . ????????

To tell you frankly the service is very bad ,staff Nedd to replace or Ned to give them proper traning ,They never ever answer the call,action is required on this type of center,we pay but ..the service is nonsense .

I request to medical center owner your staff is not good 2nd is your gcc medical charge is 4500rs your charges is 6000 why this time your are medical center owner help the people your charges more why please answers me nad staff is very bad one of colleague get appointment Thursday your staff told him come to manday that time he's in Panjim near buy your center he's coming for Dandeli your staff told him manday ko aaja phone gharpye hai your staff landline also carry with home dear si owner this time help the people heartily request you don't spoil your name for few repes please
