Very bad service. Hotel worker's was drunk. A. C not good. Bed metres was very bad or torn. Gave old bath towels.Drinking water was not available. Staff members behavior was too bad. They want only money no services was provided according to money. Strongly not recommended. Check out time was not appropriate. They were making fool to outsider of Kerala. Be aware. Don't believe on auto drivers.

They have a beer parlour at rooftop and smoking is allowed. Don't have much varities of beer. Rates are good and affordable compared to others. Good snacks option are also available.

The windows had several missing panes. Toilet jet was missing, AC temp could not be adjusted. Loft to 2 floor was intermittent and not adjusted by 3 inches. For Rupees 1600 poor value. Time will tell if things get better.
