Good resort with a good location Food qualify should be better … Also they should improve there room service need to call back to back and don’t ask abt wifi Overall experience was good Nice resort I would rate this 7/10 Ashiq man is good he tells you everything abt the hotel

The service in the resort was good but little delayed (when you order food), this can be improved. The hotel staffs including Aashik were all welcoming. Overall a great experience. ?

I would have given negative rating to this hotel. The worst hotel that we have stayed so far. Completely spoilt our holiday mood. The first thing that you are hit with, as you approach the hotel is an extremely strong nauseating putrid stench. This stench is present across the property. The view from the reception is the only good thing about this hotel. There are lizards, cockroaches, centipedes and bugs in the room. Huge Lizards are seen roaming in the hotel premises including the rooms and the restaurant. I even saw a spider roaming freely on the salad. Wonder how this is a 3* hotel. Very poor maintenance and cleanliness. The beach is accessible via a steep gully which is full of giant lizards and it takes atleast 15 mins to reach there. Imagine the plight!! The strong stench is unbearable. If you raise concerns, they are in a denial mode. Absolutely no concern for customer’s health and safety. We trusted MakeMyTrip but should have checked the reviews of this hotel as there are many like us who have suffered the same issues. Very bad experience. Avoid this hotel under any circumstances.

Welcomed by 2 peacocks but when I arrived and entered i said HI but three ladies are in reception no one replied my greetings and not even sentenced any greetings either ?, i feel great animals has a culture than these three ladies. Overall we had a good time, room was clean with all amenities, I didn’t found anyone friendly staffs they seems just there to do their job ?, and wifi just never ask it’s not gonna work. Sea View was awesome, food was good too but under maintenance they said they had limited verities whatever we had a good food, cheers everyone, improve something the property looks historic loved it
