This hotel gives you the good panoramic view of Vengurla Port. Rooms are okay but consider the cost and the view and you will ignore the other things. Owner Mr.Ramdas Raul is very helpful and down to earth guy. Do not miss out on homely local styled food that they make.

we stayed here last week for a few days and it is simply great!! it over looks the sea and we spent every morning and evening by the sea the food is amazing and the host Ram das was just amazing. Nilesh and the other staff too took special care of us we’ll surely re visit. Vengurla Bandar (Harbour) is one of the most beautiful locations in Maharashtra. And when it comes to staying at this tranquil place, there is no better hotel than 'Sagar Sarita Beach Resort'. Located at five minutes from harbour and bang opposite the point where Mandvi River meets the Arabian sea. The rooms, the restaurant and in fact any point in the resort give stunning views of the harbour and the sea. Both veg and non-veg food, especially fresh fish dishes are excellently cooked. Staff is very friendly. Resort is simple but clean, cozy & economical. It has undergone complete renovation recently. While you sip your tea or drink, you can sit in the boat shaped restaurant or go up to the observation deck which is the highest point in the hotel. Ideal place for a 2-3 nights stay. Relax, eat, unwind, walk up to the harbour, take a boat ride (u will have to convince a fisherman), climb up to Goverment Guest House or light house to look at 270° of seaview or just sit on the jetty for hours together. The area is very safe and early morning or late night walk with family is worth experiencing. There is ample sightseeing in 50 km radius and even a longer stay is good. Even spending a weekend with saturday night halt is good enough. Also Ideal place to throw a party with overnight stay for a small group.

Best rest house in Maharashtra. Now I heard it's nomore. Government of Maharashtra wanted to renovate the building by demolishing the old structure and building the new one. If it's so, then a sad story...
