terrible stay! the hotel lobby was the only well-mannered place and the room service was bad as as room was poorly maintained. lights were not working and the bathroom was not maintained at all, food was bland and unreasonably expensive.

Our stay at the Royal Tulip Hotel was great. Comfortable, clean, quiet and very safe. Great location, walkable distance to all the malls and shopping streets. Well informed staff, prompt service, room had a good view, rooms are well stocked with a beverage tray, quality bathroom supplies. The food both Indian and continental were par excellence. Kudos to the management and staff of Royal Tulip Hotel.

I had the unfortunate experience of staying at what I can only describe as my worst hotel experience thus far. The room reeked of smoke, making it unbearable to spend any time indoors. To make matters worse, the room temperature was far from adequate, and despite my attempts to adjust the AC, it failed to function properly, leaving me sweltering in discomfort. Even the mini bar was a letdown, as it provided zero cooling relief. My dissatisfaction reached a breaking point when I had to change my room during my stay, adding further inconvenience to an already disappointing situation. Despite registering multiple complaints, the hotel staff provided no relief or solutions. It was disheartening to realize that I had no option but to endure a two-day struggle in these uncomfortable conditions. This experience left me deeply disappointed and frustrated, and I would strongly advise against choosing this hotel for your stay.

Stayed there during an official tour. All staffs are very well behaved. Room service is good and fast. Location is excellent. Rooms are spacious and clean. Bathroom was small. Food quality is Good!
