Government should make this gardens entry free so people can visit as much as they want

Finally a place to go with family in Aurangabad, Aurangabad really needs more well maintained parks and gardens, this rose garden has so many well maintained Rose beds and at this time all the roses are in full bloom which makes it a very pleasing sight, u can relax in this beautiful environment with your family and have a nice time.
Only drawback is that there are no dustbins in the garden. How can a place be kept clean if there is no place to throw your waste?
Also the Roses dont have the natural scent, there were literally hundreds of flowers blooming but there was no pleasant scent of the flowers.
