I have been going to ROCK FITNESS for the past few months and it's one among the best gyms in town. They have a well maintained training setup and equipments along with great comfort, friendly and certified trainers. I have my training under Coach Ramsheed ( ACE certified trainer ) who's always there to push you up,and motivate you. Extremely happy and satisfied with the progress and process. Would suggest to anyone out there!

I go to a number of different The Gym's in Kerala regularly and this one is by far the best. This gym is clean and spacious with very friendly staffs. For me, the workouts are led by my personal trainer Musthaffa he give hands on instant feedback and adjustments during the workouts and just the right amount of encouragement. You will not do the same workout twice and if you go you will see the results no question. I have lost 3.5 kilos in a month and looking trim and toned. As this gym is 100% honest with me so I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rock fitness to anyone. I am certainly satisfied thus far and have been blown away by my experience at this new facility.

Thursday: 5 am to 9 pm
Friday: 5 am to 9 pm
Saturday: 5 am to 9 pm
Sunday: Closed
Monday: 5 am to 9 pm
Tuesday: 5 am to 9 pm
Wednesday: 5 am to 9 pm
