The rooms are good and clean , and the location is also good. On the top floor they have a good restaurant - I personally didn't like the dark theme of the restaurant. Rest everything is fine.

*The hotel is in a good location, just 200 meters from pattom junction. *Walkable distance from kerala psc head office. *I don't think the rooms are worth 2500rs. *AC rooms are pretty spacious but AC in it took a long time to switch on . *Bathroom was okey ish. The shower was quite hard to switch off. *The staff were very helpful.

It's a really bad space to stay in. The security was rude and arrogant . Rooms were pathetic. Front office guy's behavior was not acceptable. Really bad space for family. It's not a hotel It's a lodge.

We used this hotel for our stay in Trivandrum for 2 days. Room was neat but it had the smell of an unused room . The bed sheets were not that clean. The washroom had broken cabinets. The couch was so old. The AC wasn’t functioning properly or cooling. For the price it was not worth it. We ended up paying Rs 3125 per day. The morning complimentary breakfast did not have a buffet but only very few selected items like dosa , idli , bread omelet and bread butter . This was the menu even for the next day. At the time of check-in they kept 3 half litre bottles of water and the next day they never gave us the new refills too. When informed the reception they forgot to again give the refills. We had to go and get the water bottles ourselves. Poor management and room service too. We didn’t have another option so ended up staying in this hotel for 2 days.

This hotel feels worst than prison The service was not good for us We felt like we were not treated the way we need The rooms are not clean ,not hygienic, electrical appliances are not functioning properly I highly not recommend you guys to visit here for a vacation . Food is also not good , very awful and oily. The receptionist is very rude too (did not get the correct response from them for asking extra pillows and bedsheets, Hanging up phone in between ). My wife and myself were not pleased with this hotel
