This is a fantastic gym!! They have the best coaches, equipments and the price too. It's a for women who like to workout in a group. The workouts are a mixture of weight training, cardio, stretching and strengthening. All the trainers are super nice and take an interest in you no matter what fitness level you're at. This place is for every woman who feels uncomfortable in the gym, who gets bored of working out alone, who is looking for qualified trainers who are ready to impart that knowledge upon you, who is interested in pushing her limit. They also have adjustable batches in the morning and evening.
