I would say this place will be the first choice the next time I am in Bangalore for their excellent customer service. My Mom was on a wheelchair and we were helped at every stage to make our stay as comfortable as possible. We ordered room service that was prompt . Service at the restaurants were good too. View of the race course added to beautiful view from the balcony. The staff was very accommodating and helpful till the very end as we left the hotel.

I happened to go to a family function yesterday with my 4 months old and it was first outing. As there was no feeding room in the hotel, the concierge was so friendly enough to consider my situation and provide me a room to take care of my baby until he was fine. Thanks a lot for such a gesture, meant a lot at that situation.

We had a wedding there, very big and spacious hotel, rooms were very good, i do not know about food there, they had four lifts but staircase was closed. One of the best hotel of Bangalore. Good for family, couple, business trips. Our room was in 14th floor and had a nice view from window.

Great location, elaborate tasteful breakfast spread and the rooms are very well maintained. Rooms are spacious, with modern interiors and decor. You get a fantastic view of the race course track with horses practicing in the mornings.
The best part of the hotel though is the staff, they are warm friendly and exemplify true hospitality. Kudos to the team and keep it up. Looking forward to finding a reason to stay at this place again.

Excellent hotel. The rooms are very spacious. Their buffet spread is very huge and delicious. The only negative of this place is location. While it is near race course, to get to hotel you have to go through narrow roads. There is very little things within walking distance of hotel. Overall, a great luxury hotel, superb rooms, great breakfast. Must try for luxury travellers
