Awful customer service! I asked to view more designs 3 different times and each time the staff member said "it's too costly" "that one will be costlier for you". This was very disrespectful towards me and my family, on which bases did he judge us on? His job was to sell and provide customer service which he completely failed to do. I hope the manager speaks to him on this matter. Also, mediocre designs in gold, don't be misguided by the large showroom, either go to a smaller business or shop in another city.

Please avoid going there , the gold product bought just broke with the first time usage , though the owner said that this piece is casted one and is strong. Will definitely won’t suggest anyone to go there, rather grab any other reputed one. Although they repaired it nicely without any cost. +rep for them for this.
