Worst experience that I ever had in a hotel. I made an online booking in the hotel for one night and for 1 adult(myself). I had read the company policies and have been to several hotels at several locations till date. The Manager and his staff is so irresponsible that they don't even care to receive the phone calls at reception or inform properly about booking confirmation. They don't even care to pick up the phone at the reception because they are busy sleeping even though customer is calling several times and then be completely ignorant. I was given a room which I didn't book at first. When I complained regarding the cleanliness of the bed sheets they asked me to choose a different room, which too had dirt and hair strands all over the bed and pillow covers.Then finally after 15-20mins later after I signed in and then all the formalities were done. I had a sudden visit from one of my relatives and I thought they would have no problems regarding that if she can provide her ID, but when I informed them they started to say that they won't allow any guest for 2-3hours since the booking was made for 1 adult. Although it is clearly mentioned in their official website - "Stay policy" that a if a non resident would have to pay if he/she stays in the residents room after 10pm and has to register himself/herself as an extra occupants. The Manager is so irresponsible and idiotic person that he is quarreling with me regarding policies and asking me to prove the policy. I had no freaking idea that I have to prove or give evidence of something that their company states. How can he ask that I cannot allow your guest to stay there for few hours since u have booked for 1 adult. I seriously wonder y should I pay for 2 persons when I am the only person staying. I might have a guest to visit me for some time and a hotel cannot have his own policy and name it under the company too. He was asking me to pay additional 500Rs plus GST for allowing my guest. Now why the hell should I pay for it? If you so ignorant, irresponsible and lunatic person who doesn't have any idea how to treat a customer then you should not be a Manager. You have no knowledge of the company's policies and you are quarrelling with the customer whom you can't provide a decent room at one go. The Manager should be ashamed and should seriously be removed or else the hotel will remain vacant like it was. The company should take a look at what kind of people they are appointing for serving customers. They don't have any basic ethics of how to treat a customer. They don't even knew that they haven't recharged their cable TV which had expired on 24/01/2021. The phone at the room was dead, so I had to walk down to the reception to communicate with them. I got my breakfast after checking out by the staff. Seriously the company should shut down such places. No need to cheat customers like THIS!!! The shower doesn't work! There were dirt and holes all over the bed sheets pillows. I would seriously suggest that do ask your managers to read the company policies first and then join the job! And learn how to treat customers and receive calls.P

You can park your car here.... I love the place........ Very good atmosphere.. you can go with your family and office staff.... It's a very good in this locality.... All are things in this place is good r average that's all or nothing to say I need only love this place
