Foods : pongal, bonda, idly and coffee were excellent
One of the best place to eat out. Excellent atmosphere. Liked the food. do not worry about street being narrow, that is what it is. I know there are some inconveniences for those who come by car and bike, but if you really like to eat good food, this is one of them. Whenever I visit Chennai, this is going to be on my list to checkout everytime

Make sure you are here by 7 for their pongal l, and make sure to splurge for the podi and ghee.
the vadais are oh so crisp and the sambar and idlis are to die for.

People running the place are very humble and considerate. They will note down your name and let you know the waiting period. You will be served coffee while waiting in the street. Inside there are 3-4 small tables. Food is served on banana leaves and supposed to be eating with your bare hands. You will be served the three items one by one, idli, vadai and pongal. Everything is made fresh and you'll get everything piping hot. Vadai was so light and crisp from the outside. It will absorb the two chutneys and sambar and tastes amazing. I will recommend to try the idli with podi and ghee. It tastes heavenly. The coffe is also very refreshing.

One of the best places in the city for veg options. Though their menu is very very limited the taste of the food makes you want for more but even after a big meal you feel light because they don't over use masala in any of the food.
Their filter coffee and their customer service is also one of the great reasons to visit this place.
Only drawback would be the less to very less dining space.
