It's a good gym to start your workout with all the available equipment... which is require to build ur physique..All equipments r well n good n the gym is quite big...with separate free place for warmup exercises...The trainers helps u when u need them...I m the member of this gym n very happy to be a part of it???

Monday: 6 am to 9 pm
