I highly recommend this hospital, based on my positive and pleasant experience.
Happy to share the experience of my first delivery in Rao hospital. Dr. Suganya & Dr.Uthra was very friendly and supportive throughout the delivery process.A special mention to Amsaveni from Insurance department,She has made our hospital stay as a stress free through the cashless policy by stretching beyond the working hours in making the approval,few nursing staffs(Sheela & Amirtha),receptionists, Baby care
takers and house keeping staffs were very caring and that care has made me feel very comfortable during my hospital stay.

The doctors communicate politely and provide utmost care. The staffs are also welcoming and friendly. I would like to mention Dr.B. Suganya for guiding me well and Mrs.Chitra(front office staff) who helped me with all the queries and aspects.

Sharing my recent experience of Biopsy, followed by removal of fibroid from my Uterus at Rao Hospital, though been consulting Dr Damodar Rao for a long time now and have always been satisfied with the services and treatment provided!
The reason I chose to get treated here is mainly because of the expertise of Doctor and his team - gave me the confidence and helped me reach the decision to remove the fibroid after 7 years! I can now say that I would not have gone through the procedure if not for the doctor and the trust I had in his treatment!
My review would be incomplete if I don't mention the excellent service of the entire team -Dr Nimisha, Dr Disha and all the wonderful nursing team who took care of me so well before, during and post ops. Their care made it easy for me to go through it without any fear!
Such service and dedication in health care especially in this area is applaudable! Keep up the good work - I will highly recommend the services! Goodluck!

My experience from the start to the finish was wonderful. My medical problem was taken care off professionally to my utmost satisfaction by Dr. Preethi. She explained to me clearly about my condition and the treatment options of which we were much worried about. She had a human touch which made me feel at ease. I should also appreciate Dr.Disha Modi for her extreme patience while taking note of my problems which lead to further check ups and a total laparoscopic hysterectomy was advised. My respect and genuine thanks to Dr. Dhamodhar Rao who conducted the surgery. His exceptional professionalism and patience in explaining to us about the procedure done and the listening ears to our 'n' number of questions is laudable. The kind hearted behaviour of the nurses and attenders kept me comfortable during my hospital stay. I express my whole hearted appreciation for Dr.Dhamodhar Rao and his entire team for the great service and professional attention that you have provided.

Overall good experience during my delivery.But mostly they will end up in c section.Doctors are really good and couldn't miss saying about nicu staff , they very well took care of my baby and were very kind and polite
But as soon as delivery , I was send to their recovery ward, and staffs there was literally rude towards patients who really helpless and need care, even experience and trainee behaves the same. They behave differently in front of doctors nd iam sure management doesn't know about this .(only drawback)
Big applause to their cleaning team.
Delicious and healthy food from canteen.
All above are my personal experience.
