I had met with a bike accident near Jogeshwari East, Western Express Highway. Since i was losing blood fast, the local people took me to Raksha Muli speciality Hospital since it was the closest. The hospital staff did attend me on priority, the doctors were arranged and I was treated and operated on a very immediate basis. I thank the doctors and the staff here who literally saved my life and thanks to them I am doing much better now. Their medical decisions and the overall wound cleaning services, medication prescription really helped me in getting well fast. There was a contused lacerated wound above my eyebrow which was stitched very nicely by Dr. Priti and her nursing team under guidance from Dr. Amit. I appreciate their help and guidance. The overall experience, hospitality and the co-operation given by the nursing staff and the doctors were really helpful and I am glad that I was taken in this hospital. Would definitely give them a very excellent rating. Suggestions:- - limited beds - hospital is inside a residential building

Can understand the experience many people might have witnessed. But Trust me I've been visiting this hospital since years. But always received a courteous gesture only from all staff specially Doctors. In fact so many times we have never been charged full fees also at times due to our frequent visits to Hospital miltiple times for different consultations. Of course there's been delays in Docs visits sometimes but only due to their absorption with other critical cases in other hospitals too. ?
