We are residents of Malegaon. Our family is blessed with a baby boy on 2nd November 2019. The paediatrician over here told us that the baby is suffering from neonatal hypoxia and therefore was hospitalized at a local neonatal care hospital. Even on the 6th -7th day of hospitalization the Ryles Tube aspirate contained bile. Therefore we decided to shift our baby to Dr Sanjay Aher's Neocare hospital at Nasik which is highly renowed neonatal care hospital of North Maharashtra. On the very day of hospitalization, the baby was diagnosed to have 'Malrotation of gut with midgut Volvulus and also had developed Necrotizing Entro Colitis with rupture of ilo-caecal junction. This critical condition was very successfully operated by the very well known paediatric surgeon of Nasik Dr Satish Kapadnis, at Neocare hospital. Laprotomy for correction of Malrotation and ileostomy was performed. Our baby grown 7 -8 months old and now it was the time for closure of the ileostomy. For this purpose Dr Kapadnis advised us to hospitalize our baby to Rainbow Hospital at Nasik. The Rainbow hospital is also a highly renowned paediatric hospital of Nasik .Dr Tarun Kanade, the paediatrician of Rainbow Hospital is highly expert of his faculty as well as he is a very co-operative and nobel person. Rainbow Hospital is fully equipped hospital with its state of the art infrastructure. The staff of Rainbow Hospital is also very well trained, qualified staff and have very affectionate behaviour with the little ones, in the hospital. On 27 th May 2020 exploration Laprotomy with closure of the ileostomy was done by Dr Satish Kapadnis, with Dr Dinesh Borse (Paediatric Anaesthesist). Though this was a quite stressful situation for our family, we very well knew that our baby is safe in expert hands of Dr Satish Kapadnis and Dr Tarun Kanade. The procedure was also performed very successfully. Dr Tarun Kanade very well managed certain medical issues of our baby. On the 10th day of surgery, our baby was discharged from the hospital. Our baby is now totally healthy like any other baby .We are highly grateful to Dr Satish Kapadnis, Dr Tarun Kanade and Rainbow Hospital for the concern and care they show for their patients. Truly a super speciality hospital for children. Very neat and clean. Doctors are available round the clock and some eminent paediatrics of Nashik are empanelled with the hospital. Support staffs are well behaved, disciplined, alert and caring. Definitely I'm suggesting for this hospital for children.
