I stayed at the hotel for ~14 days. I observed that the hotel staff for the restaurant was especially good. A call-out to Abhinandan for going above and beyond his job to ensure we are satisfied with the buffet menu (offering to make changes and bringing other less spicy meals). He never disappointed us and was always available. He definitely made our entire stay much more pleasant. Even when someone else missed our order(happened a few times), he ensured to get it at the earliest.
The hotel rooms are a little outdated and need a makeover. The only thing that kept me at the hotel was the politeness of the restaurant staff.
The reception staff definitely need to learn from the restaurant staff and be a lot more polite and humble. It goes a long way.

Good for corporate meetings and family functions. Nice ambience and good tasty food. Spacious halls for meetings and functions. Good seating arrangements. Just only one issue with 2 wheeler parking. 2 wheeler we need to park outside of the premises and rooftop for this parking place. It’s good and better if we get good parking for 2 wheelers as well. Because when we have meetings or any functions all types of people will come and join with us. It’s my request from my side to hotel management. If you are able to provide the good parking even for 2 wheeler then all 100% people will be happy.

This place is great! Atmosphere is chill and cool but the staff is also really friendly. They know what they’re doing and what they’re talking about,and the customers happy is their main priority. Food is pretty good,and for their prices it’s 100% worth it.

Great service with a smile. Exceptional hotel facilities, well maintained. Great buffet, with lots of choices. Management definitely did changes recently, and they are for better. Will keep returning here.

We went to Cascade for lunch. The food was very good and the staff were very nice. We had to wait for the food for a while for which they were very sorry and asked us many times for complimentary drinks and also gave us handsome discount on the bill inspite of us resisting. Very heart warming behavior of the staffs.
