Today went for dinner ?️, Atmosphere was excellent, service was not bad. But food quality was really not worthy. It was not expected from rayappas as I went several times before. Please improve the quality of food. Ice ? cream was excellent.

It’s one of the terrible experience, we had ordered mutton Briyani and dosa. - coconut chutney spoiled one. - Afteroon Sambar served. - Raitha was not good. They just running restaurant with brand name no hygiene or quality food. Not recommended place to have either veg or non veg.

Very worst service I saw in the past decade. These people have just two barrers for 15 tables. Also, simple creating scenes like crowded by making the people wait for a long time. I ordered mutton briyani, and they made me wait for 30 minutes.

Good restaurant near by cross cut road, gandhipuram. My favorite is chicken lolipop but they gave reduced size very much small now. Not having that old taste.

I was a customer for long years (15 years). Delaying of food. At some case they r not ready to change our food, but if they delay they are ready to cancel it. I feel customer service became bad now a days.
